BOX N BURN
If you are new to boxing, this ones for you! In this 30-minute circuit, you will learn basic boxing fundamentals and build muscle endurance in a fast-paced environment. Be prepared to sweat!
All levels welcome.

PARTNER PAD CLASS
A 45-minute high-energy class that combines boxing techniques with partner pad drills. The class will be divided into pairs, while an instructor guides each pair through a series of various boxing combinations. The focus is on developing speed, power, and accuracy in striking. If you like hitting focus pads, this ones for you!

HEAVY BAG CLASS
An intense 45-minute full body workout, while exploring boxing technique and endurance. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a total beginner, our experienced trainers will guide you through each step of the way in a fun and motivating atmosphere! Specific heavy bag drills, partner heavy bag drills, and group conditioning burnouts will be sure to have you pushing your limits!

OPEN GYM
Interested in diving deeper into boxing? Open Gym is the place to be. Our seasoned trainers will guide you through various boxing skills drills catered to your skill level. Shadow boxing, footwork, and agility drills are key.

YOUTH BOXING
A 45-minute boxing class catered to the youth (ages 9-14 years old). An instructor led class focused on boxing fundamentals, boxing technique, and full body conditioning.
