Learn the basics of boxing including proper stance, footwork to help build a strong foundation.

Intermediate/Advanced
BOXING FUNDAMENTALS LEVEL 2
Build on the basics with advanced combinations, defence drills, and ring movement to sharpen your technique.

Intermediate
MITT WORK
Partner up and work one-on-one with a coach or partner using focus mitts to develop timing, accuracy, and real-time reaction skills.

Beginner/Intermediate
HEAVY BAG WORK
Power through rounds of guided combinations on the heavy bag to improve strength, endurance, and striking precision.

All Levels
CONDITIONING CIRCUIT
A high-intensity mix of strength training, cardio, and boxing drills designed to improve power and performance.

Ages 7-12
YOUTH BOXING
Learn proper boxing technique, form, and build confidence through age-appropriate drills and training. For children ages seven to twelve years old.

Ages 13-17
JUNIOR BOXING
Develop technique, build strength, and boost confidence in a safe and controlled environment. For teens ages thirteen to seventeen years old.
